    Shipping & Delivery

    At YourColours every item is made with care, packed by hand and sent out as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery options and what to do if something goes wrong.


    Processing Times

    • Made to order: Most keyrings and prints are made to order.

    • Processing time: Please allow 1–3 working days for us to design, print and pack your order before it ships.

    • During busy periods (Christmas, big tournaments, etc.) this may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


    UK Shipping

    We ship from the UK using Royal Mail.

    Standard UK Delivery

    • Service: Royal Mail 2nd Class (or equivalent)

    • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

    • Best for: Small orders, stocking fillers, non-urgent gifts

    Express UK Delivery

    • Service: Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked (or equivalent)

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

    • Best for: Birthday presents, last-minute gifts, matchday emergencies

    Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by Royal Mail delays, strikes or seasonal peaks.


    International Shipping

    Yes, we ship worldwide where possible.

    • International orders are sent via Royal Mail International or a similar service.

    • Estimated delivery:

      • Europe: 5–10 working days after dispatch

      • Rest of World: 7–14 working days after dispatch

    Please note:

    • Some countries may charge customs, VAT or import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • Delays at customs are outside our control, but we’ll always help where we can.


    Packaging

    We know collectors care about condition.

    • Keyrings and small items are sent in protective packaging to keep them safe in transit.

    • Where possible, we use recyclable or minimal packaging without compromising protection.


    Tracking Your Order

    • Some services include tracking as standard; others are untracked to keep costs low.

    • If tracking is available, details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

    • If you need a tracked upgrade, please contact us before placing your order.


    Delayed, Lost or Missing Orders

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

    1. Please first allow:

      • 10 working days after dispatch for UK orders

      • 25 working days after dispatch for international orders

    2. Check with neighbours, household members and your local delivery office.

    3. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us with your:

      • Name

      • Order number

      • Shipping address

    We’ll do our best to investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.


    Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

    Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

    • If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it, but additional postage costs may apply.


    Damaged Items

    We want your order to arrive in perfect condition.

    If something arrives damaged:

    1. Email us as soon as possible.

    2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

    3. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
